“ We played with sugar and really compared the drinks that we would consume on a daily basis like Rock Star, Cranberry Cocktail, Soda, Vitamin Water etc. We found that it's not any better to have the juice as it is the soda! So next time you want to drink something, think about chunky sugar in the drink cause that's what you're drinking. On average 6-19 tsp of sugar! ”
“ I knew that the products we "tested" for sugar content had A LOT of sugar in them, but it was pretty shocking to see in the cup with the added sugar just how much you would consume if you drank a soda, juice, energy drinks, and even orange juice. I did not know how to configure the amounts before. Now that I do, I will be checking and making an informed decision about what I drink from now on! It was my first meeting and I did enjoy it!
