       Fiber! Fubar! You can get it right or you can get it very wrong! If you want to eat more calories, feel fuller longer, and still lose weight, increase your fiber intake! Wish I had a hands on activity for this week. :) 
    •  I enjoyed this class about fiber. I knew most of it already and practice it in my daily diet. But it is always nice to listen to more information as you can always learn new things! In terms of the sugar and carbs for diabetics to neutralize the sugar. At least I think that was how it was explained. I enjoyed the class and the information!
