Come for our short introduction to see if this is for you. We will go over the purpose of the challenge, rules and participant agreement. Introduction of other participants and questions/comments.
If you find that this is for you, please stay to get registered, weights, measurements & photos will be taken. Please wear light, comfortable clothes to weigh and measure.
Class Runs Saturdays, Jan 20 - April 7th (Party and Cash Prizes on April 14th!) 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
If you don't make it to the Introduction, NO PROBLEM! Get started as soon as you can! Group Support, Nutrition Education, Lots of Fun.
Registration Fee is $29 for the whole 12 Weeks. 30% of Registration Fee is donated back to the church that is hosting this challenge.
Our last pay out was $175.00 and 71 lbs lost! If you want more $ in the pot, invite more people! Challenge your friends, family and coworkers ;)

Week 1 Topic: Importance of Protein
BEFORE attending this class:

3. Schedule an appointment for your body analysis for Week 2.

Notes:
- You do not need to print the Week 1 Handouts. I will provide them in class for the first week only.
- There is no username or login for Week 1 reading.
- All weight loss programs are supported in our class AS LONG AS THEY ARE SAFE! Starvation is not an option.
