Nice group of people (challengers and group leader/organizer) to help support/motivate you with your nutritional questions and weight loss goals! Interesting activities that get you to think about what you might have in your diet that you may think twice about consuming too much of in your daily diet. I thought it was a great third meeting for me and my hard work has started to pay off as I lost 5.4 lbs in two weeks. LeAnn is a wonderful, caring coach and her support makes a big difference!! I think others would enjoy being apart of a great group.
